Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers stunning balcony views overlooking the estuary and a massive comfy bed, but falls short in service quality. The location is picturesque by the marina with views of Conway castle, yet the dining experience lacks variety. Overall, a mixed experience with good room features and beautiful surroundings.
The hotel offers breathtaking views across the estuary towards Conwy Castle from rooms with a balcony overlooking the harbour, featuring a king-size bed and a jacuzzi bath. The service was let down by management and a disappointing restaurant. The location is ideal for watching ships along the Conwy estuary, situated in the lively Deganwy marina and close to tourist destinations, but dining in the restaurant may not be the best choice.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were lacking cool air but had a comfortable bed and stunning views of the Estuary and Conwy castle. However, the service was inconsistent with a mix of excellent and lacking moments. The location by the river offered beautiful views, but some aspects fell short. The dining with vegan options and fantastic estuary views had some good touches, yet there were some disappointments. Overall, my stay had its ups and downs.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with a fabulous view over the quay from my balcony. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The location was stunning, offering breathtaking views across the estuary to Conwy Castle. However, the dining options were limited, which was a slight downside.
